I have been doing my research lately on how me and my travel mate are going to Batad from Banaue?
Three of my options right now is -
a) Rent a jeepney from Banaue to Saddle. - It would cost around P2,000 to 2,500 pesos. This would be expensive for the two of us. Hmmm...
b) Rent a tricycle to Batad Juntion - It would cost around P350 to P400 pesos. But it would only drop us to Batad Junction and we need to walk uphill to reach saddle point for about an hour.
c) Ride a public jeepney - It would cost around P150 pesos. But we have to wait around 3pm and it doesn't fit our itinerary.
I think we will chose option B. But we are hoping that we could convince other travelers who would willing to share the expense for renting a jeepney.

Bus ticket, logding and tour guide for Banaue
4 days left and I'm going to Banaue Rice Terrraces. This would be my first time to see this picturesque place and I'm so excited.
I was happy to convince my roommate to join me in this tour. At least, I have someone to share the expenses. And traveling alone scares me sometimes but I might consider this someday.
So am I ready to go? Let see...
Bus Ticket - After researching the internet, I found out that only one bus line is legal to ply the route of Banaue - Manila at present. So, I called Ohayami Bus lines and got a reservation at seat # 9 and 10!
Ohayami Website - http://ohayamitrans.com/index.html.
Logding - Since we are going to Batad, I surf the web for the best place to stay. And I chose Hillside Inn and Restaurant. For accomodation, you can check this website it has good information to all the lodging in Batad.

Tour Guide - Hmmm... After calling for our reservation at Hillside Inn, I also inquired how to get a tour guide. Ms. Maya, the contact person of Hillside Inn, told me that we can find one in Banaue and Batad or if we want she could give us one. Not sure how to get a tour guide, but hopefully I can find one.
Transportation from Banaue to Batad - Since there are only two of us, I have to research what is the cheapest way to go there.
